Q: What is your MOQ?
A:
For existing styles : 100 pcs in total for the same design (mixable sizes and colors).
For customized styles (OEM/ODM): 100 pcs per color per design, with a minimum total order quantity of 300 pcs.
Q: Can you make products based on my design?
A:
Yes. We support OEM production based on drawings, samples or ideas.
Q: Can I add my own logo?
A:
Yes. We provide embossing, engraving, labels and customized packaging.
Q: How long does production take?
A:
Usually 25-45 days depending on order quantity and customization requirements.
Q: What about sampling? How long does sampling take and what is the sample cost?
A:
Our sample lead time is normally 7 working days. The sampling fee is USD 80 per style, which includes 2 pieces of samples. This sample cost will be refunded/deducted from your bulk order when your order meets our MOQ requirement.
