We make every effort to display our products and their colors as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
All product specifications, including dimensions, weights, materials, and MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity), are subject to change without notice. Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ slightly from the actual product.
4. Quotes and Orders
- Submission of a Request a Quote form does not constitute a binding order. All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated.
- OEM and ODM orders are subject to a separate sales agreement or proforma invoice (PI) signed by both parties.
- Ready-to-ship products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time.
- Customization options, including logo printing, color changes, hardware selection, and packaging, are subject to additional fees and extended lead times.
5. Pricing and Payment
- All prices listed on our website are for reference only and do not constitute a binding offer. Final pricing will be confirmed in our formal quote or proforma invoice.
- Prices do not include shipping, insurance, taxes, or customs duties unless explicitly stated.
- Accepted payment methods will be specified in our proforma invoice and may include bank transfer (T/T), PayPal, or other agreed-upon methods.
- Customized orders typically require a deposit of 30%–50% before production begins, with the balance due prior to shipment. Specific terms are confirmed per order.
6. Shipping and Delivery
- We ship worldwide via sea freight, air freight, and express courier services (DHL, FedEx, UPS) depending on order size and customer preference.
- Shipping costs and delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination, shipping method, and customs processing.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, holidays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
- Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
7. Returns and Refunds
- For ready-to-ship products with quality issues confirmed by our inspection, we will offer replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion within 7 days of receipt.
- Customized OEM/ODM products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect that deviates from the approved sample or specification.
- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error.
- All returns must be authorized in advance by contacting our sales team.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall JYD PET LEATHER (JINYUDA), nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
- Any content obtained from the Service
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
This limitation applies whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
